Outside of the slow start and after 20 hours feeling lost/slow again, the progression loop of unlocking and discovery is great and captivating.
A mixture of discovery, resource gathering and management, fighting, puzzle solving, building and farming.
It's not super polished. Somewhat limited control; the repeated reordering of commonly used items on new unlocks is especially frustrating. The window does not capture the mouse cursor. Going fullscreen is infeasible with pixelated graphics and flashing imagery; I played windowed.
The great amount of content and variance with a captivating progression and unlock loop make this very enjoyable.
