Typman is unique a jump and run with word puzzles. Great word plays and great use of words as the game mechanic.
I don't know if it's because I'm not a native speaker or because I didn't play enough scrabble-like games when I grew up, but on numerous puzzles I had a hard time finding words that solved a puzzle. Even in these occasions the word was pretty obvious though after I checked a guide. So it's not that the puzzles are unfair or unintuitive.

* At times hard to find the words
* Decent length (it's a short game)
- Some isolated aspects/mechanics did not occur to me from the gameplay (even after using them) but only after looking up the solution - after which they made sense
- Last scene unintuitively changes word confirmation
