Harmony's Odyssey Review
Recommended
Great puzzle-like mini games in a strongly themed campaign/story of a mischievous cat and witch, with a surprising conclusion. Very cute and charming style and presentation.
A bit more polish in terms of controls and UI could have made it excellent. It seems to be focused on gamepad UI presentation.
I did not like all of the puzzles/game-types or their instances, but most. The spanning story and its presentation made it interesting.
+ Cute and charming visuals and story, world, environments, story, characters
+ Great music
+ Good variance in puzzles
+ Very good amount of content
+ Additional content
* Campaign playthrough 2h; 100% 6.5h
- Confusing mix of controls UI (gamepad menus, mouse introduction hints, surprising mix of controls, not all controls or controlability explained as supported or possible)
- Smaller occasional UI/control bugs
- Mouse not captured - extended desktop (second monitor) can break controls
