Hoa Review
Not Recommended
Decent, atmospheric, chilled, linear world exploration.
+ Great atmosphere setting
+ Interesting characters and environments to explore
* 100 min playthrough
* Linear
* Overall easy, but sometimes close platforming (not super forgiving)
- Unskippable cutscenes
- Unskippable text dialogues and "show" view pans
- On Steam Deck cutscenes stuttering (1s gaps)
If you don't mind the linearity and pacing, it's a good game. I'm giving it a 'no recommendation' because I wouldn't proactively recommend it. It's not like it's very bad though.
If you like the type of game and are considering it, it's not a bad pickup.
