The Yakuza`s Guide to Babysitting
Rating: 7
Enjoyable anime.
Enjoyable variance in characters and their relations as a family.
My main gripes are the stereotypical and seemingly unnecessary violent Yakuza, implemented in an overpowered protagonist.
Smaller gripes:
- the apparent necessity for a villain, or the decision to introduce and build up a villain
- the “loving bullying and violence” trope
I think it could have been better with a less shallow and stereotypical approach. Nonetheless enjoyable, at times very much, for its good parts and character interactions.
