The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent

Would be worthwhile if not for the incredibly shallow romance, continuity issues (face expressions between shots, where they look, etc), and incredibly regular “huh?” reactions.

What is even left without those? The premise, the setting, and the characters and their relationships. Which do have positives to it, but unfortunately get drowned in the mediocre and bad.
