Great animation, great themes.

The end of the series falls off a little bit, but it’s worth the watch for the beginning alone.

Rewatch-approved. I originally rated it good (now very good). But on rewatch - the beginning of the series especially is exceptional in visual animation and character themes and interactions. I’m tempted to rate it even exceptional, but maybe it’s the falling of and seemingly forced/unfitting yuri (girl-on-girl romance) conclusion that prevents it.
