The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies

Enjoyable throughout. Good comedy.

It’s certainly forced and predictable, but I enjoyed it nontheless. It primarily seems shallow, but subdtly adds some depth through secondary characters.
