Orb - On the Movements of the Earth

Orb - On the Movements of the Earth is a great anime. It follows astrological scientific discovery and suppression in the middle ages across time and people.

It’s great for a large part of the 25 episodes, but took somewhat of a dissatisfying change and end for me, with more flashbacks/past-telling, unrealistic long talking sequences even in situations where it does not fit, and some smaller continuity issues.

Nevertheless, the exploration and presentation of medieval times, life, realities of people, of the views back then, and practices of the church is exceptional.
