How fucking hard can even a simple customer support be?

It won’t even recognize my correctly entered captcha (yeah, on the img the last one is displayed. Generates a new one after each try).

And wow, maybe it’s because of the 2 404s?

And why the fuck to I need to enter all my credentials? Boy…

Update: Seems to be problems with the german page or sth… International support seems to work, but *gah*… Having to take a survey just to register…
