Steam Support does actually delete Tickets
Wow… Valve/Steam Support finally removed my still unsolved ticket from 29th Nov 2008.
Just because I refused to let it be closed when I still did not get what I bought and paid for…
My other 8, finished and closed ones are still there, so they definitely manually and specifically deleted that single ticket.
What the ticket was actually about?
I bought Titan Quest back then with the shop, even half a year later, telling me I could play it in English.
But I couldn’t.
Wouldn’t have been an issue if I wouldn’t even play it in English, but I wanted to only play it in English.
The support itself was rather slow, uninformative and unresponsive most of the time as well.
My last question was not answered neither, just like it took them ages to respond to some of the other questions.
