smf time issue

I just noticed, even after fixing the time issue on one smf forum (quite some time ago),

I did not fix it on another one.

So I had to look for the solution again, and will now wite it down here.

If the server and php have the correct time but smf does not (with time shoft set to 0):

In your smf db table settings remove the row default_timezone
