BenQ Website Support – N/A
The BenQ website is pretty shitty. I can’t find support, at all. On the sitemap, there is one single support link, but that does not work. You can change to the “old site” via a link in the top right corner, and apparently there is a support section – which is pretty shitty as well. You have to fill out a ton of unnecessary stuff. What do they need my address or phone for just to answer a technical product feature question?
The reason I want to contact them is because the product page of the BenQ XL2420T monitor does not specify which version of HDMI it supports. Not even in the supposedly detailed specification tab.
