Contributing to Open Terms Archive

Open Terms Archive tracks, archives, and makes available terms of service and privacy policies around the web, of various service providers and companies.

For example, the Bandcamp Terms of Service history.

A meaningful and good effort backed by the French ministry of digital affairs and other organizations and grants. The data supports or is planned to support other services like ToS;DR.

Making ToS and Privacy Policy and their changes accessible, discoverable, and trackable is a meaningful and good effort.

I’ve been contributing to them for a while now, mainly with tracking declaration updates.
