AlBlue gives a great introduction on how to use Git as a DVCS, Gerrit as a Code Review tool and hudson for continuous integration, adding information to your review-items.

The recent post includes a video showing typical workflow procedures, and an older one from 2 weeks ago gives a textual introduction to the workflow and tools. Check it out.

I like how Gerrit looks. Even without the complete workflow it can be great help on teams and distributed teams.
