Samsung TV Twitch App

After my Samsung TV finally manages to connect to my WIFI and then actually stay connected, I installed an open source Twitch App on the TV, which actually works great.

I was not very optimistic before-hand, because the project seemed to not be very active. But using the app it felt very usable. After all, there is nothing to change once you have it all running, right? 🙂

Samsung provides development tools (an eclipse IDE based SDK, and TV emulator as OVA VM appliance) for their Smart TVs and newer Tizen TVs.
