I recently published a new Firefox extension: ouo autopress

ouo.io is a URL shortener with ads. After opening a link, a button to click becomes active after one or two seconds, and after clicking it, another 3 second countdown delays the target link opening.

This addon waits for the button to become active and activates it when it does - in both the first and second step.
